Buenos Aires is the capitol of Argentina, it has the largest concentration of population in the country with more than 2 million of people only in the city but in the metropolitan area there are more than 12 million of people. the city is in the pampeana plain and next to the ``Plata`s River``. the Buenos Aires city is the main city in Argentina in different aspects like the education, the life`s level etc.

this is a urban agglomeration, it is formed by the Buenos Aires` city and other provinces, it form a largest urban aglomeration in South America under sao paulo, the Buenos Aires` population only represent the 25% of the Greater Buenos Aires`population, it produces many poverty in the city.
